Packet Distribution
Paper packet pick-up for those families who indicated on the
survey that they will need a hard copy, will be on Monday, March 23rd from 8:00 am - 6:00
pm. We have plenty of packets and there is no need to arrive early.
Prep packets can be
found on the east side of campus. Archway packets can be found on the
west side of campus. If there is a line of cars when you enter campus, please
queue in line as you would for drop-off. Families with both Archway and
Prep students will need to travel to both sides of the campus but can do so in
either order they choose.
Archway
Plastic boxes will be lined up along the drop-off/pick-up zone on
the west
side of campus. Enter campus as you usually would, pulling up along the west
curb of the academic building. The pickup is self-serve. We will have
Clorox wipes available for you to wipe your hands. Boxes are labeled by grade
level. Only take one packet per student in the corresponding grade level. If
there is a line of cars when you enter campus, please queue in line as you
would for drop-off.
Please avoid coming to the front office as we are not accepting
visitors at this time. If you have questions about receiving a packet, please
contact Office Manager Melody Pati. Further, all items needed to
complete these packets will be scanned and/or printed in the packets. Students
and/or parents will not be allowed to access the school for books, notebooks,
or other items. If you have specific questions regarding your child's
work, please email their teacher. We are all working and will return emails and
voicemails.
All packets are available electronically beginning Friday, March
20th at 4:00 pm. Use this
link to access your packet.
Families who do not have access to a home computer, may come to school to pick up a printed version on Mondays from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. At this time, we are unable to allow students or parents on campus to access supplies, etc. Please keep packets at home until further instructions are given on how/when to return them to the school.
